All countries that we deliver to are listed on the left side.

To see the standard delivery charge applicable just click on the name of the country required. Where 'Online quotation at checkout' is indicated, Newbridge Silverware will quote based on the specific weight of packaged goods and your chosen destination. This quotation is calculated in real-time to offer the best available shipping rates using UPS Express Saver service.

Delivery prices shown on the website are dependent on the destination you have selected. All deliveries to countries that are members of the European Union are subject to EU Value Added Tax. This tax is in accordance with European law and delivery prices shown are inclusive of V.A.T.

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to local customs or import taxes for which the customer is liable. Once we have packaged your goods we will send you an email to confirm to you that the goods have been shipped.

Delivery Terms

Shipping dates and estimated times of delivery or arrival will be the last available known to Newbridge Silverware and shall not be of essence of the contract. Newbridge Silverware will pack the goods ordered in a manner considered reasonably suitable for safe transportation to the destination.

Gift packaging when requested will be provided subject to consideration of customs assessments and package dimensions. Newbridge Silverware accepts no liability for claims with carriers, insurers, warehouses and others for misdelivery, non delivery, loss, damage or delay.

Deliveries take place during normal business hours, with a delivery schedule dependent on the time of year and the destination selected. No deliveries to P.O boxes can be attempted as goods must be signed for by a person of 18 years of age or older. For security reasons all packages will be delivered over the threshold of the chosen delivery address.

In the event that Newbridge Silverware deems it necessary, the goods recipient may be contacted directly regarding the delivery.
