Returns Policy
For products ordered on this site Newbridge Silverware will provide to the purchaser a refund so long as the merchandise is returned to Newbridge Silverware, unused and in perfect condition, within 30 days of the date of purchase in its original packaging and is accompanied by a properly completed returns form and a print out of the original order confirmation.
Right Click here and "save target as" for a copy of the returns form to be completed.
The shipping cost will be borne by the purchaser. Packages must be returned prepaid.
Please allow 14 business days from receipt of goods for us to process your return.
Newbridge Silverware cannot accept or refund purchases made anywhere other than on the Newbridge Silverware website.
Refunds will be credited to the Credit Card used when the item was Purchased.
For Operational reasons it is not possible to Exchange Items for Any Other Product. |
