The silverware is beautiful. I am delighted with this purchase.
The service was great. I received the order in the US in about two days.

One thing that was annoying was that each piece of cutlery had a label which had to be picked off, then I had to use chemicals to remove the sticky residue. Suggest changing the labels or removing them before packing order.

We bought this set for an anniversary gift they were very impressed. They told us it is Very well made looks fantastic in in its own case. They had previously took us on a factory tour while we were over on holidays .so we had the peace of mind to buy from Newbridge. The factory tour is well worth the experience.

Beautiful canteen sent as a wedding present for my nephew and his wife to be. They are delighted with the gift, something from Ireland.
