The Designer
Founded in 1968 by Nicky Butler and Simon Wilson, two Jewellery traders who became notable creators. Opening their first boutique in 1973 the two designers brought the brand to global recognition in the 1980’s. Their designs and high quality workmanship is often portrayed in designs replicating lizards, snakes or spiders using high quantity Swarovski crystal stones. B+W’s clientele included Princess Dianna, Kate Moss and Jerry Hall with pieces from the 1970’s in demand as collectors favourites.
