I recently ordered 3 of these watches for gifts for upcoming events and requested personalisation. The items were with me within 48 hours of placing the orders. They are the most beautiful and elegent pocket watch which I hope the recipients will treasure for many years to come. Well done to Newbridge on a stunning product and an excellant service
