What is enamel jewellery?
Enamel jewellery is made by fusing finely ground glass to a metal base under high heat. The glass melts, flows and hardens into a smooth, glossy surface that holds its colour permanently. Unlike paint or resin, true enamel does not fade in sunlight and will not peel with wear. The technique is thousands of years old, and it remains one of the few ways to introduce deep, saturated colour into fine jewellery.

Enamel bangles
Our enamel bangles are the heart of the collection. Choose a gold plated white enamel bangle for clean, everyday contrast, a silver plated white enamel bangle for a cooler tone, or the gold plated orange and green enamel bangle when you want the colour to do the talking. All three are designed to be worn together.

Caring for enamel jewellery
Enamel is durable but the glass surface can chip if knocked hard against a hard edge. Remove enamel pieces before swimming, showering or exercising, keep them away from perfumes and hairspray, and wipe them with a soft dry cloth after wear. Store each piece in its own pouch so the bangles do not knock together.

Yes. Because the colour is glass rather than paint, enamel will not fade, peel or discolour with age. The main risk is chipping from a sharp impact, so store and handle enamel pieces with reasonable care.
Brief contact with water will not damage the enamel itself, but we recommend removing enamel jewellery before swimming, showering or exercising to protect the plated metal setting.
Wipe gently with a soft, dry, lint free cloth. Avoid jewellery dips, ultrasonic cleaners and abrasive polishes, all of which can damage both the enamel and the plating.
The current collection includes white, orange, green, navy and cream enamel, set in gold plated, 14ct gold plated and silver plated finishes.
