I live in a small city in regional Australia. My experience with Newbridge has been memorable. I bought this set, together with matching butter knives and steak knives. Every single piece is wonderful - amazing lustre with a great hand feel. What was exceptional was the professional communication and great customer service. I was notified of a delay, and was amazed by the statement that if I was unhappy with the delay, that they would cancel the order and refund the purchase cost. The delivery was smooth and very fast. I will happily buy again and will recommend to friends and family.

As an Australian who lived in Ireland for 7 years. We were exposed to Newbridge Tableware at that time and our first purchase was steak knives, which are amazing. My wife dreamed of the silverware, never expecting to own any. Until she got a canteen as a gift on a special birthday. It is now a family heirloom that is used regularly, which the children will have to fight over one day. The service and delivery from Ireland were exceptional. A great product from a great Irish Company.

I got this set as a wedding present from my parents and I've just bought this for my daughter as a wedding present for her. A beautiful keepsake. Haven't given it to her yet but I'm sure she'll love it
