Due to the busy time of year, processing of orders may take up to 4 days. Please allow for this when you are placing your order. Orders are generally dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Once dispatched, delivery takes 2 - 3 working days working days for orders shipping to Ireland (please select your ship-to country above for exact times).

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been completed and shipped by our team, you will be sent an email to confirm the tracking details for your order. You can also track your order online here.
All deliveries are made by courier during normal business hours, with a delivery schedule dependent on the time of year and the destination selected. Orders for delivery to P.O. boxes are not accepted. All deliveries must be signed for by a person of 18 years of age or older at the chosen delivery address, at which time the products become your sole responsibility. Please note that the order recipient may need to be contacted by Newbridge Silverware or the courier to facilitate delivery. The goods will be delivered within 30 days unless agreed otherwise between us. If delivery is delayed for more than 30 days, you should contact us and we can agree a later date for delivery. If we do not deliver the goods within the extended agreed time period you have the right to terminate the contract. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products.
VAT & Delivery Charges
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) as required by European law. Delivery prices shown are dependent upon the destination you have selected and any applicable free shipping offers.
Shipping Outside of the European Union
All orders shipped outside of the European Union (EU) are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that they may be subject to local customs fees or import taxes. This occurs in the event that the item(s) ordered is above the specified country's import threshold and is required by the law of that country. Please note that this amount will vary from country to country and may apply to all types of orders.
